Join us for October's Somatic Museum Club at the MOCA in Downtown LA.!

This month’s 2-hour art tour is themed around “fictitious worlds”—the worlds we create and how they support us. This month is designed to help us reconnect with our bodies, emotions, and imaginations together with other queer and trans folks.

​We'll begin with a grounding practice and structure for the experience. Then, we'll move through a guided meditation of few art pieces together. For the last hour, there will be an open self-led exploration of the art. We'll close with optional group sharing.

​​No art or therapy background needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to feel.

- Space is limited to 10 people to keep it cozy

- Pencils, a zine guide, and optional masks will be provided

​​ - Don't be afraid to come solo—we'll have opportunities to connect with each other even if you don't know anyone!

- Your ticket will be good for the whole day, so feel free to stay and wander as long as you like.
